Buxton Bush Retreat is not a 'farm' as such ..... at least not yet.    Domestically we have two small dogs (Jazz and Jaxi), two house cats (Bangers & Mash), three chickens (Soulla, Doulla and Voulla ... Agupie passed away recently).    The property is home to a herd of grey kangaroos who also call the neighboring properties home, a variety of bird life including kookaburras, parrots and wild ducks.   The dam was recently seeded with silver perch fingerlings which will not mature for a couple of years but they love the time just before sunset when I feed them with some bread.   We have just added 'yabbies' to the 'pond' but again they are small and will take some time to grow.
